This is my new product that has never been done before!

I am so excited to bring you the EntrePOP®. A classic French cake known as the Entremet in a popsicle form. An entremet is layers of cake, fillings, crunchy layers; enrobed in a mousse and glazed. I turn mine into mini versions of just that, cake, fillings, enrobed in mousse and then dipped in real chocolate. No fake chocolate wafers here.
