Where is my bakery located?

I am located in North Austin. My home functions as a Cottage bakery under Texas Cottage Food Production Operations. I have my Texas Food Handlers license. I am not a commercial baker and do not have a store front. I am insured through FLIP.

When should I book my event?

As soon as you are ready! The earlier the better to reserve your spot on my calendar.

Changes to my order?

Yes ,we can make changes to your order up to 5 days prior to your event. Additional tiers can be added however the size of cake can not be reduced. Changes to the decorations can certainly be done to a certain extent.

Rush Orders?

If I have availability to accommodate your order, let’s do it!

Delivery?

Delivery is available in parts of Travis County and Williamson County. Meringue Me will work with you to determine the best option if a fee is needed. A mutual pick up location is available if outside of delivery zone.

Cancellation/refund policy?

As a small business it is hard to cancel the work I can not reuse. Let’s chat about the issues you have and we can work something out together.
